STEM People: Careers at the NSF NCAR and UCAR

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to have a career in STEM? There are many different types of STEM jobs, and the people who work them have a wide variety of skill sets. 

At the NSF National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR) and University Corporation for Atmospheric Research (UCAR), there are over 1,400 researchers and staff - each have an important role in helping achieve our mission of understanding the atmosphere and Earth systems. Many people who work here are scientists, but just as important are the engineers, computing experts, program leaders, administrators, people operations managers, facilities staff, aviators, librarians, educators, and communications experts.
