Hurricanes, also known as tropical cyclones, are one type of weather that becomes supercharged by climate change and can lead to dramatic and deadly consequences. Predicting hurricanes is personal for this month’s expert, Dr. Rosimar Rios-Berrios, who grew up with hurricanes in Puerto Rico.
