As countries around the world transition their power grids from fossil fuels to renewable energy, one challenge we all face is the effect daily weather has on wind and solar energy production. Predicting cloud cover and wind where we build our solar panels and wind turbines can be tricky, and weather and climate can have huge impacts on the energy production we rely on.
